Supervision, Coaching and Mentoring

Regular supervision can support professional development and growth through supportive, structured conversations. Our experienced team of SENCos and SEND leaders can provide a range of guidance, coaching and mentoring. If you're:

• New to post or studying for the NPQ SEND

• An experienced SENCo looking for support and challenge from experts in the field

• Looking for someone to help you design appropriate monitoring tools and quality assure your provision

• Looking for development as a leader of SEND or a School Leader looking to quality assure provision

• Setting up a new SEND provision and looking for support and guidance
